Raise your hand
When you've got a question
Stand in line
Do what you're told
Do as they say
And it will all be okay
Sell your soul
For the greater good
Justify
Who's in control
Justify
The power they hold
Justify
Pompous egos
Justify through force
They'll take the land
With no questions asked
Pipelines through indigenous homes
You're reconcile
Is just more broken hope
We're just pawns
In your political world
Justify
Who's in control
Justify
The power they hold
Justify
Pompous egos
Justify through force
The longer we wait
The more they take
The future is teetering on the brink
A buck a beer?
Are you fucking joking
What the fucks that going to do?
Why not something for those here struggling to survive
Food, shelter, wages, education
The necessities in life
Are the things we need to be focusing on
To help save the future for the young
And show them all that there is
Still a life out there that's worth living for.
We shouldn't have to justify our right to live.
Buy this if you like the 80's melodic hardcore sound of the Descendents. Every song is good and short in true 80's hardcore form, the way it's supposed to be. This is the next best album in my opinion after Milo Goes To College. The original lineup are the ones who wrote and perform the songs on this album! It even sounds like they used the same exact instruments, just with higher recording quality. You NEED this if you're a huge Descendents fan! Brett
